We had a fantastic stay at this riad in Marrakesh. The staff were friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. They gave us great tips for eating out and made us feel like important guests. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Jamaa El Fna but still peaceful. The riad itself was beautiful and the rooftop terrace offered a stunning view. We definitely recommend taking the offer of transport to the riad as it can be difficult to find on your own. a luxurious stay and we hope to visit again.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.- We enjoyed the rooftop terrace, which offered a great view and a perfect spot to relax and enjoy breakfast in the morning.
The staff at the hotel were not very friendly or welcoming, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable during our stay. The service at the hotel was slow and inefficient, with requests taking a long time to be addressed.

As a returning visitor to Marrakech, we opted to stay in the Medina this time and chose Villa El Arsa. We were not disappointed. The owners, Noel and Fabrice, were incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home. They served us cold tea when we returned exhausted, and the location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to Djemma El Fna. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned impeccably every day, and the rooftop terrace provided a wonderful view and a place to relax. The small pool was a refreshing feature, especially in the hot August weather. We would definitely stay here again.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The decor was beautiful and created a relaxing atmosphere. The rooftop terrace provided a great place to have breakfast while enjoying the view. The owner/host gave helpful advice on restaurants and places to visit.
The noise from a late night celebration kept us awake on our last night. The small size of the Riad made it difficult to avoid noise disturbances.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, as it was in the heart of the old city, within walking distance of the main square and souks. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the staff was amazing. The breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was delightful, with a variety of dishes to choose from.

So close to the main square that we could get from one to the other in 5 minutes. Breakfast was fantastic - especially the Moroccan mint tea and local pastries. The staff were extremely kind and went out of their way to help us. The hotel facilities, such as the indoor hammam and beautiful decor, were unmatched
Nothing could have been better.
